Advanced booking is mandatory as we want you to enjoy the comfort of a perfectly sized bus and the luxury of a small group by having booked the right number of authorized guides.

What happens after my booking?

Once you have filled out all the required boxes in our online-bookingbox and paid with your creditcard or banc account via PayPal you will receive our confirmation email that contains your voucher with detailed information regarding the meeting point and time as well as a telephone number you have to ring in case you are running late and cannot be in time at the meeting point.

It is important that you print your confirmation voucher and show it to your guide once you have reached the meeting point.

What do I have to do if I did not receive a confirmation voucher?

Is there a dress code for the ANGELS & DEMONS TOUR?

Yes, on the Angels & Demons Tour we visit churches. You should provide to have your shoulders and knees covered. Thank you!

Is a hotel pick up included in the price?

Pick-up-service at your inner city hotel is only included in the VIP ANGELS & DEMONS Tour.

What is the minimum number of participants for the CLASSIC TOUR?

The minimum number are 4 participants per tour. In case this number should not be reached for a CLASSIC TOUR we will try to book you for another CLASSIC TOUR or offer our VIP ANGELS & DEMONS Tour to you.

Do I have insurance covering our driving on your electro cars?

Yes, you automatically get insurance included in the tour price. You will get further details regarding this insurance once you have booked the ILLUMINATI EXPERIENCE DRIVE or a VIP TOUR for 4-7 persons.
